Ska Fitness Happy Hour is coming to the Knockout on Friday, January 6th 6-9pm : The class will take place from 7-8pm ; Nina Reggaedelic instructs while The Limonian selects 1960s Jamaican ska, rocksteady, and reggae 45s 🎶 Come join this fun and free dance-fitness experience taught by a certified fitness professional. No experience necessary! Comfortable clothing and supportive footwear recommended. DJ sets by The Reggae Stylists before and after class.
